EST. in November 2025 by Abbie Steele, Reverie Collective is a curated tattoo studio and creative space located in the heart of downtown Newberg, Oregon.

Built on the belief that tattooing should feel both intentional and welcoming, Reverie was created to offer something different — a space where artists are supported, creativity thrives, and clients feel genuinely cared for throughout their experience.

Our studio blends elevated design with collaborative energy, bringing together artists with diverse styles and perspectives under one roof. From quiet private sessions to the electric atmosphere of our open studio floor, every detail is thoughtfully designed to create comfort, inspiration, and connection.

At Reverie, we believe the environment matters just as much as the artwork itself. Clients are welcomed into a clean, professional space focused on hospitality, creativity, and trust — allowing each tattoo experience to feel personal and memorable.

As our community continues to grow, Reverie also hosts a rotating Guest Residency, inviting artists from all over the world to collaborate, share ideas, and contribute to the evolving creative energy of the studio. We also love to collaborate with other small businesses! Supporting each other while giving our community more opportunity for connection and creativity is the goal!

    You can also contact us through our contact form, if you don’t have an artist preference, or have a general inquiry/questions.

  • Each artist is independent within our studio. So pricing varies depending on who you book with.

  • Collaborative, honest, and straightforward. We're here to guide the process, bring ideas to the table, and make sure you leave with a big smile and an itch to come back! ;)

    • You can bring emotional support humans if needed!

    • Only 1 person that is not being tattooed can be in the room with you during the appointment.

    • Accommodations can be made for clients with medical/disability needs.

    • Our studio as a whole has a NO REFUND policy on deposits or final payments, for any reasoning.

    • Deposit policies are provided when booking with any of our artists.

    • Please make sure you and your artist are on the same page. and all parties are ready to book before placing deposits.

    • Our studio is 18+ only (this is the legal age to be provided tattoo services in Oregon. Even if you have parental consent)

    • Only those 18+ are allowed in service areas. Those 15+ can wait in the lobby. 14 and under guests must find other accommodations outside of our studio, and are not allowed to be in the lobby unattended by a parental guardian. No exceptions or accommodations available at this time.

    • Our studio is accessibility friendly all around!

    • Options are available to help clients with anxiety, sensory needs, or mobility challenges. (please reach out directly to discuss options if needed!)

  • As of March 2026, it is not lawful for tattoo artists to administer or handle any form of topical anesthetics before or during services.

    • Please reach out to artists directly for their policies on this.

    • it takes 4-6 weeks for any tattoo to fully heal.

    • Proper aftercare is the client’s responsibility. Following aftercare instructions.

    • Artists provide guidance, but results vary by body/healing

      • Please reach out for questions/concerns.

    • No tattooing while pregnant/breastfeeding

    • Must not be under the influence of an substances.

    • Skin conditions, sunburn, illness, etc.

    • Cash is expected for final payments.

    • Artists can take other forms of payment if needed. (processing fees may apply)

      • We do not have an ATM on sight.

    • We strive to provide our clients and artists with the best experience possible.

    • We reserve the right to decline projects that are not the right fit for our artists.

      • We often will refer to a different artist within the studio, or another studio we love.

    • Proof of valid form of government issued ID is required prior to service.

      • Cannot be expired

    • Must be 18+ in Oregon to receive tattoo services

    • Consent is always asked prior to any photography/video.

    • Content is carefully and respectfully taken, to be shared on our

      socials/website/branding.
